Main Technical Solutions

Developing and agreeing on core engineering and process solutions based on customer requirements and initial (input) data. This stage defines optimal parameters, ensures efficiency and safety, and minimizes the risk of costly changes later in the project.

Investment Feasibility Study

Preparing documentation that combines technical and financial analysis to justify the investment. This includes evaluating technical solutions, payback periods, risks, and overall project viability, giving customers a solid basis for decision-making.

Design Documentation including State Expert Examination

Developing design solutions across all disciplines in accordance with Russian Government Resolution No. 87 “On the Composition of the Project Design Documentation Sections”. The project design documentation ensures that all solutions are coordinated, and that the facility is ready for the next stage of detailed engineering.

Detailed Design Documentation Development and Procurement Support

Development of the main sets of working drawings and accompanying documents required, including specifications, isometric drawings, bills of quantities, cable schedules, etc., necessary for the construction and equipment supply of the facility, based on the design documentation that has received a positive expert review conclusion. As part of procurement support, technical assistance is provided to the Client in the selection of suppliers of equipment, products, and materials.

Creating, managing, and utilizing digital information about a facility throughout its entire lifecycle.
TIM/BIM modeling helps reduce errors, cut time and resource costs, and improve coordination at every stage of a construction project.

Integrated Project Management System

This software product is a specialized digital platform for the integrated management of construction projects of varying complexity.
The system provides centralized data management, process coordination between various departments, and work monitoring at all stages of construction—from pre-project planning to completion.

Designer’s Supervision

Verification of compliance between the design documentation and the technical solutions implemented at the construction site, quality assurance of work execution and adherence to regulatory standards, enabling control over on-site processes and project delivery in accordance with the approved design solutions.
